We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, and a picnic blanket or folding chair if you plan to relax during the day.

Parking is available near the festival site. Designated accessible parking spaces will be provided. Follow signage and directions from event staff to designated parking areas.

Yes, there will be a designated drop-off zone near the entrance for attendees with limited mobility.

A lost and found station will be set up at the event registration tent. If you misplace an item or find something that doesn’t belong to you, please report it to the designated area.

There are no ATMs or cash-out facilities at the festival or within the township of Thorpdale. It is at the discretion of individual market and food vendors whether they accept EFTPOS. We recommend bringing cash to ensure you can make purchases.
