The Thorpdale Potato Festival celebrates the long history of potato farming in the Thorpdale district, nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges in Gippsland, Victoria.
The Festival is a fun-filled day for all of the family – there’s music, food, kids entertainment, fashion, photography, cooking demonstrations and the ever-popular ‘potato races’.
And the best part – all profits from the event are reinvested back into the community!

Stallholder applications for the 2025 Thorpdale Potato Festival will open later in the year. In the meantime, you are welcome to submit an expression of interest.
